Export sales and documentation. Domestic sales orders and documentation. Sales support across other wine channels such as Cellar Door and ?Direct to Consumer?. An element of procurement and costing analysis for goods and services Other Tasks as deemed appropriate. Job Requirements Mandatory Highly developed organisational expertise. Highly developed communication and interpersonal expertise. Possession of high-level computer literacy expertise i.e. Microsoft Office packages, operational expertise of accounting and payroll software. capability to work flexibly in a cross-functional role, bringing a high level of operational efficiency whilst also being able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Desirable practice in Export sales and documentation requirements. The prosperous candidate will be trained in all aspects of the job alongside the current incumbent who is retiring later in the year. Initially this position will be a shared role; between shadowing the incumbent, with the remainder of the time receiving handovers on broader administrative tasks.
