We are seeking for an practiced Cellar Hand who is ready to step up into a more senior hands-on role in our production team. If you have a strong background in winemaking and a proven track record in cellar operations, this is a fantastic chance. We are focussing on small batch, premium wines and work with over 12 varieties of both red and white wine grapes. Our fruit is predominately sourced from our Estate Vineyard with small parcels from other Victorian regions. Job Requirements As our Leading Cellar Hand, you'll help coordinate and execute all aspects of cellar operations under the direction of the Winery Operations Manager to ensure the production of high-quality wines. The role and responsibilities include; - Performing all aspects of cellar production work - Supervision and training of junior cellar staff and vintage workers during harvest - Implementing cellar SOP and maintaining facility hygiene Formal qualification and international practice is preferred We're seeking a candidate who has broad practice in cellar work, including previous staff supervision, and also possesses strong leadership abilities expertise and a passion for excellence.
