Our client is a Philippines-based company specialising in proving exceptional customer service and shared services within the Vietnamese market. With a prosperous track record in the Philippines, they are expanding their operations to Australia.
As a Team Leader for Customer Service, your key role involves guiding the team in handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting performance metrics. You will supervise day to day operations, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and actively track customer input for increasement. Setting clear goals, providing coaching, and managing schedules are crucial. Collaborating with HR, Preparing service metric reports, and undertaking assigned tasks contribute to team success and enhanced customer satisfaction. Your leadership abilities is pivotal in fostering a positive team culture and ensuring the overall success of the customer service department.
The ideal Candidate for the Team Leader position will have a background in Customer Service leadership abilities practice, a proven track record in helping your team reach targets, and a keen eye for detail.
» Essential: Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese
» Essential: 2 years practice in a Team Leader position within a customer service field.
» Proven leadership abilities expertise and the capability to motivate and grow a team.
