The position is for a leader that can lead the winemaking team and is a senior role within the business. We have our 200 hectares of own vineyards, including over 100 hectares certified organic, and source grapes from Riverland, Murray lands, Barossa, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Adelaide Hills. Fully operational cellar with high solids cross flow, earth filters, centrifuge and RDV. Two bottling lines producing product for our own labels and for customer brands. A sales and marketing team that distribute product both nationally and internationally. The applicant will need to be very well organised with the capability to work hands on in a fast passed environment and have broad expertise in all facets of the industry. This is an chance to practice the full range of winery activities. Be involved in the industry and contributing to a constructive workplace culture with a great team. Job Requirements We are seeking for a commitment to the role, the company and the region. The expectation is that the applicant will work and live in the region, and we will support them in achieving that goal. ? Involvement in both bulk and bottle sales. ? chance to create award-winning wines. ? Bottled wine produced onsite for Domestic, Europe, Asia and USA. ? A degree in winemaking/Oenology is essential ? Good Cellar and Laboratory consciousness. ? Working expertise of bottling lines an advantage ? Customer driven. ?
