Description Description this function is responsible for a variety of warehousing, logistics, and customer-service tasks, as well as the completion of additional tasks that may be required. Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to): » Forklift driving receiving and dispatch. » Manage the activities for our material stored in the third-party warehouse. » Process sales orders. » Pick and pack orders ready for dispatch. » Arrange and manage everyday logistics. » Review transport costs and procurement of logistic services. » Assist with managing customers when required. » Conduct stock takes in the warehouse and in the third-party warehouse. » Inventory maintenance reporting. » Manage everyday facility functions, i.e., site and equipment maintenance, security, and safety. Profile Profile To ensure your success in this function, our client anticipates that the ideal candidate will possess the following expertise and practice. » LF Forklift License + a minimum of two years of recent practice » Confidence in operating a gas counterbalance forklift - pallets weighing 1300kg. » Able to safely operate and move wide pallets safely in tight spaces. » Driver's License and access to own reliable transport - there will be some local travel included. » Strong computer expertise - MS Office and prior practice with an ERP is highly desirable. » Customer liaison - capability to communicate and engage with customers. » Prior practice in an autonomous work environment with little to no supervision. » A strong respect to and knowledge of OH&S. » capability to complete manual tasks - must be physically fit. » Prior practice participating in monthly stocktake. » exceptional communication expertise Job Offer Job Offer The prosperous candidate will receive an annual income of $50,000 + super + OT.
