Key Responsibilities: » Facilitating participants in securing sustainable employment and efficiently promoting them to potential employers. » Building rapport and providing comprehensive support to participants, enhancing their capacity to attain sustainable employment through targeted training and support services. » Conducting post-placement follow-ups with participants who have prosperously secured employment. » Assisting in resolving complaints when necessary, demonstrating an adept problem-solving approach. » Managing participant files and maintaining precise records. » Identifying potential job opportunities and appropriate workplaces for our participants. » Undertaking reception tasks as required to ensure a seamless office operation.
