Description
Key Responsibilities:
   » Negotiate contract terms between contracted partners, including delivery schedules, price, and performance standards
   » Assist in reviewing the scope of project agreements and procurement schedules
   » Prepare sales and purchase contracts
   » Update and review existing contracts
   » Work closely with project managers to define the scope of the agreement with a contracted partner for each project
   » efficiently engage with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, project managers, and external partners and clients
   » Adherence to the company's quality management system, promoting its philosophy, attending QMS meetings, maintaining records, and actively contributing to process increasements
Profile
To be considered for this function, you will have:
   » Minimum 2 years of practice as a Contract Administrator OR Project Administrator within sectors such as structural steel, construction, industrial, or fabrication
   » significant tertiary and industry qualifications or equivalent practice
   » A strong knowledge of Australian contracts law
   » A comprehensive knowledge of contract administration, quality and safety
   » Full unrestricted Australian working rights
   » practice working within the requirements of AS/NZS 5131 and ISO9001 (preferred)
