As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector. The key sales focus for this function will be selling Air and Sea Freight Services to commercial, industrial, and mining sectors.

New Business Development:
» Identify and pursue new business prospects within the freight forwarding sector.
» Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management:
» Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
» Collaborate with clients to perceive their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
» Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
» Analyse data to identify key market segments and potential business opportunities.
» Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
» Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure prosperous execution of sales plans.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
» Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
» Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure contract compliance.
» Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
» Proven practice in business development within the freight forwarding industry.
» Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
