Your primary tasks will include: » Enforce and increase compliance with HSE and 5S rules. » Manage warehouse processes, performance, and team. » Focus on inventory accuracy, managing cycle counts, and reducing discrepancies. » Manage yearly appraisals. » Achieve service levels, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance, and productivity goals. Profile To be considered for this function you will have » Tertiary qualifications in Warehouse Management or equivalent » Minimum of 3 years' practice in a Warehouse leadership abilities position. » An knowledge of medium voltage electrical (preferred). » Strong communication skills. » Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. » Project management skills. » Strong analytical skills. » Computer and software/system literacy. » Skills in change management and implementation. » Effective report writing skills.
