As the Warehouse manager, you will supervise a team of 20-25 talented individuals, including two team leaders. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest level of quality in their operations. Your skills will be crucial in enforcing compliance with our quality system and ensuring the proper application of defined processes and procedures. By doing so, you will contribute to meeting their required quality levels and delivering outstanding products and services to their customers.

Description
As a Warehouse manager, you will also have the chance to showcase your analytical skills. You will monitor and analyse logistic costs, identifying areas for increasement and implementing effective strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our warehouse operations.
Your primary tasks will include:
   » Enforce and increase compliance with HSE and 5S rules.
   » Manage warehouse processes, performance, and team.
   » Focus on inventory accuracy, managing cycle counts, and reducing discrepancies.
   » Manage yearly appraisals.
   » Achieve service levels, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance, and productivity goals.
Profile
To be considered for this function you will have
   » Tertiary qualifications in Warehouse Management or equivalent
   » Minimum of 3 years' practice in a Warehouse leadership abilities position.
   » An knowledge of medium voltage electrical (preferred).
   » Strong communication skills.
   » Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
   » Project management skills.
   » Strong analytical skills.
   » Computer and software/system literacy.
   » Skills in change management and implementation.
   » Effective report writing skills.
Due to the background checks required for this function, candidates must hold full working rights, have the capability to pass a national police check, and pass a full pre-employment medical.
