Client Details We are pursuing candidates for Territory Manager for our client, a market leader in the pet food industry with an outstanding pet food brand. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with channel partners (Pet Stores and VET clinics etc), distributors, and stores in the Western region of Victoria, and maximising the sales in the assigned area. Description The key responsibilities and tasks of the role: » Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (such as Pet Stores and Veterinary Clinics), distributors, and stores. » Coordinate client meetings regularly to identify each client's needs and provide samples. » Meet sales targets and KPIs to maximise sales in the region. » Implement designed sales and marketing strategies and review sales forecasts to ensure a robust pipeline. » Research and monitor the market and competitor's activities. » Collaborate with the senior management and make detailed reports. » Conduct training sessions on products and offerings » Provide feedback and insights to develop marketing strategies and initiatives » Ensure the short-term and tactical plans are executed in line with brand standards Profile To be prosperous in this position you will need: » 3-5 years of practice in convenience and speciality channel sales. » Previous practice in FMCG and dealing with distributors in the speciality and convenience channel is preferred » Must be a genuine animal lover! » exceptional communication and negotiation expertise » Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise » capability to work independently and as part of a team » Sales-oriented and analytical, strong commitment » Working practice in the pet food industry is highly desired. » Travel is required » Valid driver's license » Full-work rights in Australia Job Offer Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
