Adecco are looking for multiple candidates who are an Australian Citizen (non-negotiable), are able to undergo and pass a baseline security clearance and hold a current National police check (no more than 6 months old) to work within this Government department on an initial 6 month contract.
Both APS3 and APS4 opportunities are available.

» Deliver high quality customer service, including provision of guidance, support and advice to Department customers suited to their individual needs
» Assess and manage routine and non-routine inquiries to resolve issues
» Assess the adequacy and quality of customer records
» Assist in identifying trends and systemic issues that might prevent customers from prosperously engaging in digital self servicing
» Assist qualified customers with support through various Department programs
» Work flexibly in a rotating roster environment that includes scheduled breaks, structured hours and assigned tasks
» Work with peers and internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs at both the branch and individual level
» Demonstrated practice in a contact centre environment or the employment services industry
» Strong customer service and communication expertise
» capability to work autonomously, navigate complex information and use sound judgement in making decisions
» Strong digital literacy including the capability to navigate across multiple IT platforms in real time and type proficiently
» Communication expertise to interpret complex information, tailor messaging and resolve issues (web chat expertise and expertise highly respected)
» A commitment to demonstrating behaviours in line with the APS values and Code of Conduct
candidates must be an Australian Citizen and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months) .
