Our Vision: To be the Leading Grower and Producer of Australian Wine for the World The Role Key responsibilities of this position include coordinating the dispatch of quality wines with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail through the effective management of wine operations, quality monitoring procedures and record keeping. The role will also assist with vintage operations, wine allocation, stabilisation and blend preparation. This position will suit you if you possess exceptional planning, organisational, logistical and communication expertise and seek to be part of a dynamic team that strives to continually increase wine quality, efficiency and service. To be prosperous in this function you will either hold or be nearing the completion of a degree in Oenology, Wine science or other significant tertiary qualification, have a sound knowledge of Australian wine styles, and knowledge of quality control principles and practices in relation to wine production. Previous winemaking or vintage practice would be considered an advantage.
