You may also be required to work at other cluster agents in surrounding suburbs to support the branches on occasion. We are seeking for passionate customer service professionals to join the team. Client Details Our client manages the road network, delivers road safety initiatives, and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services. Description An exciting chance has become available to deliver exceptional customer service through provision of driver license tests. You will receive full training. You may also be required to work at various sites upon occasion when needed. The position will include tasks such as: » Provide timely, high quality customer service » Perform administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery. » Create positive relationships in all customer interactions. » You will be available to work 5 day for approximately 20-38 hours week. » Provide an accurate and efficient response to internal and external customer R&L enquiries and appointments, including driver licence testing and registration inspections. Profile The below requirements are integral pre/post-requisites of the role: » A genuine passion for fantastic customer service » During training for the role, the prosperous achievement of written and practical assessment tasks; » capability to work in both a seated and standing position; » Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week; » Available to work 20-38 hours per week; » availability to work flexibly within operational hours; and » capability to travel within the area and neighbouring centres as per the needs of the business.
