Client Details Our client provides superior engineering & refurbishment capabilities to deliver quality equipment and support products to the mining industry. Description The prosperous candidate will be responsible to carry a variety of accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable.. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal expertise. Key Responsibilities: » Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes » Reconcile bank statements » Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders » Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting » Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports » Resolve account discrepancies and issues in a timely manner » Communicate with suppliers and customers as required Profile Requirements: » Previous practice in an accounting role is ideal » Strong expertise of accounting principles and practices » exceptional attention to detail and accuracy » Strong organizational and time management expertise » capability to work independently and in a team environment » Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Job Offer This position has been made available in order to support annual leave coverage. this function is due to commence March 1st and finish on April 30th. » $35.00 p/h » Full time equivalent hours - Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) » Close knit team and reporting directly to the finance manager » Weekly pays Adecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
