As a result of the strong and sustained growth of our brand and vineyard, we are now seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our close-knit team. The chance: Having worked in many of the top producing wine regions in the world, our Head Winemaker brings a wealth of expertise and practice. this function represents an chance for you to lgain from the best. The Role: * Assist in processing of grapes and wine production (processing 700+ tonne) * Assist with bottling * Take orders * Operation of key winery equipment * Vintage related tasks as directed by the Head Winemaker * Assistance in Vineyard related tasks * Perform various tasks as needed around the winery, including lifting, moving, and stacking materials * Maintain cleanliness of winery equipment, tanks, and facilities, to ensure sanitation standards are met.+ What we offer: * Competitive income * Training and chance to lgain about all aspects of vineyard and winery operation * Work with an established brand experinencing rapid growth * Become part of a great team with a strong culture, two highly practiced winemakers and several cellar hands. * chance for growth and advancement Job Requirements * 2+ years practice in a wine making environment * Strong communication expertise * Proactive approach and positive attitude * Dedicated and responsible * capability to work well as part of a team, however you are also able to take initiative when required. * Good health and reasonable level of fitness * Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing workloads and priorities * Manual Drivers licence * Forklift licence * Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency candidates must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
