Description The Field Service Manager supervises teams and interactions, establishes strong relationships, implements performance indicators with service providers, ensures a transformative customer practice, manages contracts, forecasts and increases service provider performance, reviews demand plans, delivers budget targets, and develops strategies to enhance customer practice and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: » Lead the Field Service Team, Operations, and Service Providers. » Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. » Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators for enhanced field force performance. » Drive transformative customer practices with a focus on efficiency and excellence. » supervise Service Provider contracts, ensuring compliance and delivering on budget targets. » Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer practice and efficiency. » Conduct regular governance meetings and operational forums. Profile To be considered for this function you will have: » Full working rights in Australia (unrestricted). » Previous 3rd Party Vendor Management practice in a technical environment. » In-depth knowledge of delivering exceptional customer practices. » An knowledge and capability to manage Field Service staff. » Proven practice in contract management and financial metrics. » Change Management/Project Management practice (Six Sigma, Prince II). » Business leadership abilities expertise with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. » A background in telecommunications/technology (highly desirable).
