Providing contract winemaking services to a diverse client base sourcing fruit from the many regions within South Australia. Our commitment to quality winemaking and exceptional service sets us apart. As a Winemaker at Project Wine, you will play a pivotal role in our winemaking team. You will work closely with our clients, superviseing the entire winemaking process from fruit receival to bottle-ready products. Your skills will contribute to diverse winemaking philosophies and techniques, ensuring exceptional quality across small batch fruit parcels and larger commercial products. Job Requirements Responsibilities: ? Manage customer winemaking, from grape receival to bottling. ? Contribute to production organization, planning, and execution. ? Monitor and maintain wine quality, exceeding client expectations. ? Keep detailed wine records and provide reports to clients. ? Participate in tasting, blending, and trial work. ? Collaborate with clients to ensure quality results. ? Adhere to company quality, environmental, and safety policies. ? Prepare commercial wine samples. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Winemaking, Oenology or equivalent. ? Previous winemaking practice. ? Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems, Standards, and Organic production. ? Must have an capability to work extended hours with flexibility during vintage which will include weekend and night work ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Winery Specific Software. ? Strong time management skills and a positive, motivated attitude. ?
