We are pursuing a motivated, well-organized individual to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting chance to work in a hands-on role with good training and task diversity. Primarily a cellar-based role, it involves involvement in all areas of wine-making, from harvest to bottle. The Cellar Hand will work closely with the wine-making team to maintain high standards and performance results. Tasks include running processing equipment and presses, pump overs, transfers, additions, and sanitation of tanks and lines. There will also be some tasks involving filtration, barrel work, blending, and bottling preparation. It is important that you are able to work in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring your housekeeping is to a high standard.
