This hands-on role requires attention to detail, and the ideal candidate will be a highly organised, energetic and positive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment... a love of all things wine will go a long way too! Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support our Production & Winemaking teams by performing a range of functions including, but not limited to: ? Scheduling and coordination of wine production ? Procurement of production inputs ? Wine, Glass, Screwcaps, Corks, Cartons & Labels, etc. ? Managing the logistics, transport and compliance of bulk and packaged wine, including DtC, D2B and Export orders ? Assisting with the management of inventory levels for dry and finished goods ? Accounts Payable & Receivable ? General administration tasks Job Requirements The prosperous candidate will have: ? A love of wine! ? A thorough knowledge of the core elements of wine production, bottling specifications and export compliance ? Outstanding time management and clear written and verbal communication expertise ? The capability to work well within a small team ? exceptional computer expertise, including advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Outlook ? practice with EzyWine is beneficial, but not essential. The role is a full-time, permanent position based at our office in McLaren Vale. Cultural fit is critical.
