Based at our winery in Langhorne Creek you will be working as a part of our small team to support our clients in making their wine with us. With approximately 25 different clients, you will be sharing the responsibilities within the team to meet their winemaking results by controlling the workflow in the cellar. With a variety of different types of clients, the level of interaction varies from following specific detailed instructions from world recognised brands and winemakers through to total autonomy based on market styles. Having to deal with many types of clients and personalities is an important part of the role and you?ll need to have the personality type that can accommodate this. Job Requirements Some of the key job requirements are: ? Want to be a part of a team and enjoys what they do. ? Positive personality that has a ?can do? approach. ? Minimum 5 years practice in a similar role, with the capability to demonstrate sound red winemaking expertise. ? Able to work vintage hours. ? knowledge of Vintrace system or a high aptitude for winery management systems preferable. ? An knowledge of winery work health and safety. ? A desire to participate in sustainable practices. ? All candidates must have Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
