Key Responsibilities: » Assisting participants in obtaining sustainable employment and reverse marketing participants to employers » Building rapport and supporting participants to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services » Conducting post-placement follow-up with participants placed into employment » Assisting with the resolution of complaints as required. » Managing participant's files and record keeping » Identifying potential positions and appropriate workplaces for our participants » Performing reception tasks as required » Helping to ensure the smooth operation of the office Profile To be considered for this position We are seeking for the following; » Proven practice working in a customer-focused position is essential » Previous practice working with sales is highly desirable » Solid IT expertise, fantastic attention to data, and administration expertise are necessary » exceptional communication and the capability to build rapport and stay resilient during challenging conversations are key » Previous practice in employment services is NOT essential - if you have the right attitude, we can teach everything else!
