Job Description
Langmeil Winery is owned and operated by the Lindner family and is home to what is believed to be the world's oldest surviving Shiraz vineyard, the Freedom 1843.

We seek an enthusiastic DTC Executive for a full-time position. this function would suit an energetic individual with three to five years of practice in a similar role and a strong knowledge of the DTC sales process and key deliverables. This is an exceptional chance for someone with initiative to join a friendly and tight-knit team.

The role is responsible for the implementation of Langmeil Winery's DTC operations. The position reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and involves working with the Cellar Door Manager/Brand Ambassador, Managing Director, Finance, and Winemaking teams. The role is responsible for DTC sales objectives and executing strategic brand initiatives for the Australian market. These activities aim to support achieving sales, profit, and revenue goals in the DTC sales channels and to build brand equity.

Job Requirements
Due to the nature of this function, the prosperous candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Wine industry practice an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and brand management - marketing, communications, digital design, or a similar degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capability to deal with problems.
- Data analytics tools usage to track and interpret customer behaviour, sales trends, and website performance to help make informed decisions and optimise strategies.
- fantastic attention to detail.
- capability to work efficiently as part of a team and individually.
- Proven high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Flexible and dynamic approach to business, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, CRM software ((WineDirect presently and Enolytics later in 2024), e-commerce, and social media marketing platforms.
- Digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
