The picturesque grounds include the Serafino restaurant, cellar door, accommodation as well as a contract bottling facility. We are pursuing an practiced and driven individual to join our winery team on a full-time basis as a cellar hand. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the operation of winery equipment, possess a keen attention to detail and also have a proven track record of contributing positively to a team environment. Cellar hand Grade 3 (or above) with accredited training or equivalent industry practice. ? Drivers License and Forklift License (essential) ? Confined space training and first aid training (desired but not essential) ? Keen attention to detail ? High standards of hygiene and cleanliness ? capability to prioritise the safety of yourself and others by following site specific operational procedures ? An detailed knowledge of the winemaking process for both white and red wine production ? capability to work autonomously and contribute positively within a team environment ? Positive attitude ?
