Assist company sales and marketing team to manage marketing activities ? Give advice to company executives and clients on marketing strategies to achieve targeted markets, increase consumer consciousness, and efficiently boostgoods and services ? Plan, implement and organize marketing targets, strategies and projects to support wine sales targets and business growth such as trade events ? Provide support to the marketing team in the development and implementation of branding, pricing, promotion, communications and other marketing issues ? Assist with coordination of functions and road shows (domestic and overseas) ? Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities for new and existing wine products and services ? Analyze data and develop sales plans according to the needs and preferences of clients and prepare reports ? Collect and analyze details of competitors market trend and activities, including product specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials ? Seek potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing ? Prepare company?s marketing budget to senior management team . ? International travel require Job Requirements Key Qualifications, practice and attributes: The prosperous candidate will be someone who has: ? Preferably Bachelor degree in Marketing, communications, business or similar field ? Proven Record of practices in Wine marketing ? A track record of success in marketing coordination or a similar role, with a strong grasp of marketing principles and best practices. ? Outstanding communication and content creation abilities. ? Proficiency with marketing software and tools, as well as other office software. ? An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to inform strategy. ? Creative and innovative thinking, with a focus on delivering exceptional marketing results. Self-motivation, exceptional organizational expertise, and the capability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. ? A proven capability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage multiple projects at once. ? Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English ? Other Language skill is desirable candidates must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
