Both permanent and casual positions are available. Key Responsibilities: ? Operate vineyard tractors and wide variety of agricultural machinery efficiently and safely. ? Participate in machine harvesting and other seasonal activities ? Perform year-round outdoor manual tasks essential for viticultural purposes, including trellis repairs. ? Adhere to safe work practices at all times. ? Communicate efficiently within the team and management to ensure smooth operations ? Maintain attention to detail in all tasks. ? Work independently and as part of a team. ? Show flexibility in working hours, especially during vintage. Job Requirements Required expertise and practice: ? Proficient in operating a wide variety of agricultural equipment, including machinery for herbicide and fungicide application. ? expertise and practice in applying herbicides and fungicides. ? capability to undertake manual labour outdoors, contributing to various aspects of viticultural operations. ? practice with machine harvest operations. ? Strong commitment to safe work practices. ? Good communication expertise ? High attention to detail. ? capability to work independently and collaboratively. ? Flexible approach to working hours, including during vintage. practice in these areas would be advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: ? HR (Heavy Rigid) licence is advantageous. Benefits: ?
