We are pursuing passionate and motivated vintage cellar hands to work during our 2025 harvest, commencing mid-January. Specialising in Semillon, Riesling, and Shiraz, and processing around 250 tons, Gundog Estate works with top quality vineyards in the Hunter, Hilltops, and Canberra Districts. As such, this is a fantastic chance to further your expertise and expertise in a quality-focused environment, exploring a spectrum of styles and vineyard sites. The role will encompass all vintage-related cellar work, vineyard sampling, and some laboratory procedures. candidates will need to be able to work well with a small team, have prior cellar hand practice, and be passionate about quality winemaking, with a strong eye for detail. candidates should also note that this is a role which involves extended hours and weekend work.
