Since its foundation in 1999, the company has produced highly respected wines and forged strong distribution alliances both domestically and with key wine markets all over the world. We are seeking for someone who: ? Prioritises Health & Safety, committed to minimising workplace incidents. ? Desires a 4 day working week (non vintage) ? Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail ? Proactive, ensuring compliance with winery specifications and deadlines. ? Is physically fit, with a hands-on approach maintaining a safe, hygienic, and professional workplace ? Strong problem-solving expertise and a high level of accuracy in all winery tasks. ? Confident in operating forklifts/EWP ? practiced and prepared to work in confined spaces & at heights. ? A minimum of 5 years of practice in winery processes and operating winery equipment. ? Flexibility to work 6 day weeks during vintage. ? A desire to actively participate in a team environment with a focus on continuous increasement. ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality wines. ? Adherence to winery safety and operational procedures. ? Prioritising wine quality in every operation.
