We are pursuing an practiced Sales Representative for Regional Victoria. The role will involve everyday travel and will suit a wine enthusiast who has the capability to work autonomously. We are seeking for an energetic individual who loves our wines as much as we do. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The role encompasses both Regional Wholesale and Online Sales & Support. The prosperous candidate will have exceptional and effective communication expertise, a high level of drive and initiative, as well as a passion for the wine industry. As a Sales Representative you will build and maintain quality relationships with significant store personnel and be able to provide exceptional customer service through wine sales and delivery, provision of staff and consumer tastings, execution of marketing activity and procuring merchandising displays. The territory is made up of independent retailers, licensed grocers, hotels, and on premise customers all over Central and Northern Victoria. The prosperous candidate will have exceptional and effective communication expertise, a high level of drive and initiative, as well as a passion for the wine industry. tasks will include, but not be limited to: 1. REGIONAL WHOLESALE & SUPPORT ? Representing Wine by Sam and its brands ? everyday sales activity in order to achieve budgeted sales targets. ? Identifying, managing and growing customer base ? Sales support activities, which may include events after hours such as in store tastings ? Providing monthly sales reports 2. ONLINE SALES & SUPPORT ? Wine Club / Online Sales responsibilities include the marketing and promotion of Wine Club and processing of Wine Club and Online orders ? Develop and procure marketing assets ? Other administration tasks as required Remuneration will be reflective of expertise and practice, in addition to income is a generous wine allowance. Terms and conditions are in conformity with the National Employment Standards and the Wine Industry Award, (MA000090). Job Requirements ? Some practice in the wine industry, a demonstrated expertise of, or a passion for wine, example WSET level 2 or 3. ? A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate ? exceptional communication and interpersonal expertise, written and verbal. ? Current Drivers Licence ? Highly motivated and well presented ? Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) candidates must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
