Description As a Transport Coordinator, you will: » Manage fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. » Handle customer inquiries through phone and email, delivering exceptional service. » Utilize IT systems, especially asset management systems, to track and optimize transport processes. » Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for effective communication. » Possess forklift expertise to contribute to a versatile team. » Act as a backup in various roles, showcasing adaptcapability and readiness to support the team. Profile We are seeking for candidates with: » Proven fleet management practice. » exceptional customer-facing expertise with effective communication abilities. » Proficiency in IT systems, including practice with asset management systems. » Strong Microsoft Office expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook). » Forklift certification.
