This chance requires an individual who has a strong knowledge of all aspects of winemaking to deliver exceptional wines for our customers & consumers. Job Requirements The prosperous candidate will have proven practice in the following: ? Implementing winemaking programs for a broad portfolio of wines ? Managing relationships with growers and bulk wine suppliers ? prosperous dealing in the bulk wine market ? Quality control of all winemaking activities ? Blending and preparing wines for bottling ? Preparing trade samples ? Timely and accurate documentation ? Presenting to customers, conducting tastings and assisting with marketing activities ? Vineyard management In addition to your passion for wine, you will need to have exceptional communication expertise, strong attention to detail and be sufficiently organised to achieve tight deadlines. Tertiary qualification in Oenology is a requirement as the role will cover the entire process of winemaking from vineyard to bottle.
