Client Details We are pursuing candidates for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Associate for our client, a fast-growing tech business offering high-quality customer-centric support. You will be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries from customers by live chat and email in Japanese. Japanese business writing expertise and corporate aptitude are required. The flexible working option and sufficient initial training are provided. Description The key responsibilities and tasks of the role: » Offer high-standard customer support by live chat and email. » Correspond to inquiries and requests from customers in an appropriate manner » Navigate and follow up customers and solve their issues » Record and update customer information in the database » Lgain significant expertise through the on-the-job training » Hybrid working option (work on-site and in the house) » Full-time and Permanent position » Shift tasks including weekends (weekend penalties applied, and work in the house) Profile In order to be considered for this function you will have the following key attributes, expertise and strengths: » Native level Japanese used in a business setting and full business proficiency in English » Japanese business writing expertise. » Previous practice in Customer Support roles or Customer/Client management roles (Sales, Sales Admin, Admin adjunct etc.) are highly respected. » Previous practice in communication with customers, clients, or stakeholders. » exceptional communication and interpersonal expertise » Strong clients focus to perceive client's needs » Full work rights in Australia and able to work full-time. » Able to work weekends in the house on a regular basis.
