Reporting to the Senior Winemaker, this hands on role will be involved in all winery operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in our high-performance small team and will be driven to provide high quality service to our clients. They will be an effective trouble-shooter with good communication expertise and possess the desire and capability to work as part of a team. Job Requirements To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate: ? A fantastic work ethic; ? Be a good communicator; ? Be flexible through the vintage period; ? Be reliable and committed; ? Have a good level of physical fitness; ? capability to work well within a multi-cultural team environment; ? capability to follow and set the standards of safe working procedures; ? capability to multitask, work well under pressure, and pay attention to detail; Requirements: o Tertiary qualification in winemaking o Minimum 3 years? practice working in a winery o expertise of wine management system (Vintrace) would be highly desirable but not essential. o Working expertise & competency in Sustaincapability & HACCP would be highly desirable but not essential; o Australian citizenship/residency or a valid Australian work visa; Applications will be reviewed; prosperous applications will then require an interview as part of the selection process.
