We are pursuing a highly motivated, performance driven sales and marketing manager who can play a central role in moving the MikePressWines brand to the next exciting stage of development. The Role Within a flat line management structure you will need to demonstrate high levels of judgement and initiative as well as the capacity to operate autonomously. You will be responsible for representing the MikePressWines brand to all our distributors and main trade partners, as well as growing our presence and success with our Wine Club membership. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities ? Develop and implement marketing plans for strengthening and growing sales through wholesale, retail and on-line channels. ? In consultation with company representatives, set and monitor budgets and sales targets ? Establish and maintain key relationships with main event venue operators ? Expand the existing Wine Club offerings and membership, targeting key demographics and a focus on brand loyalty. ? Maintain strong and positive relationships with all MikePressWines distributors and trade partners Australia wide ? Expand and enhance marketing assets and collateral ? Initiate and coordinate marketing events in key markets as appropriate to the variety of sales channels ? Build upon the company?s on-line presence through website and social media updates and initiatives. ? supervise new product development and existing product upgrades including working with external designers and brand consultants ? Ensure close and effective liaison with other members of the MikePressWines team including the winemaker, vineyard managers, storage and distribution managers and our accountants What We Offer A generous remuneration package including competitive income, phone, car and wine allowances will be offered to the prosperous candidate. Bachelor degree in business and/or marketing, or demonstrated equivalent significant qualifications or industry practice. ? At least 5 years wine industry marketing and/or sales practice ? Demonstrated knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of the Australian wine industry ? Capacity to converse with a wide variety of consumers and efficiently lead wine tasting and knowledge events in a variety of settings ? practice in functioning autonomously at a high level while keeping key stakeholders fully informed ? Demonstrated high level communication and engagement expertise, both virtually and face to face. ? Capacity to utilise a suite of various software and generate reports for Directors ?
