Nestled in the Nagambie Lakes Region of Victoria, the Estate comprises of some 1,214 hectares of rich river flats with a frontage of 11 kms to the Goulburn River and 8 kms of permanent wetlands, providing a unique and picturesque setting for our vineyards. At Tahbilk, our heritage focuses on specialising in Rhone varietals such as, Marsanne, Viognier and Roussanne, along with Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre. We also have plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho. To continue our journey, We are seeking for a motivated and practiced Viticulturist to lead our team on an exciting voyage of environmental vineyard management whilst protecting and nurturing some of the oldest vines in Australia. Collaborating and communicating on all levels with our managers and vineyard team, We are seeking for someone who is willing to roll up the shirt sleeves and just get stuck in. Job Requirements Deep knowledge of viticulture, fine wine and land management, with an appreciation of the environment and environmental impact.
