Job Description
We are pursuing a dynamic, hard-working and passionate cellarmaster/ adjunct winemaker with the drive to meet the business objectives of the company through active participation and cooperation in a team environment. The role will provide the chance to create award winning wines of superior quality and individuality.

Job Requirements
The prosperous candidate will need to have the following attributes/expertise:
- Practical, hands on practice base and philosophy which aligns with the current team
- The capability to work autonomously when Winemaker not on site
- High level of attention to detail in all areas;
- capability to prioritise and make well informed decisions when under pressure;
- Manage and coordinate winemaking processes with vineyard team and winery contacts to increase production,
cost and quality
- Work alongside Winemaker during evaluation and tasting stages, making appropriate recommendations on
treatments and analysis
- The knowledge and desire to participate in the general operation of the vineyard as required all over the
annual season.
- Eligibility to work in Australia ? you must be a citizen or permanent resident;
- Adequate industry practice (5+ vintages) and/or interest in pursuing tertiary studies in winemaking.
- Current drivers and forklift license;
