The prosperous applicant will be required to work closely with the existing Production, Logistics and Winemaking teams. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, and the ideal candidate will be a highly organised, energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, on a day-to-day basis, the tasks will include, but are not limited to: ? Scheduling, Coordinating and executing wine production ? Procuring production inputs ? Glass, Screwcaps, Corks, Cartons & Labels ? Managing inventory levels for Dry and Finished Goods ? Assisting with the Logistics, Transport and Export of bulk and packaged wine ? Maintaining existing supplier and client relationships. This is a fulltime position and will be based at our winery and head office in McLaren Vale. Cultural fit is critical. Sound knowledge of Label Integrity Programs (LIPs), Domestic and Export compliance ? practice working in a production environment ? Outstanding time management and clear communication expertise ? The capability to work independently at times, as well as within a team ? exceptional computer expertise, including advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel ? practice with EzyWine is beneficial, but not essential.
