Our core business is bottling wine for local SA wine companies, international importers, and the Grigori Family wine brand. A vacancy has arisen for a full-time laboratory/quality control technician, replacing the current incumbent who is departing. tasks include but not limited to: ? Routine wine analysis on incoming and stored wines ? QC checks of bottling line ? Sample preparation ? Analysis data entry ?
