Working with a premium producer at the forefront of innovative viticulture, this is an chance to be part of the leadership abilities team driving excellence and continual increasement. Reporting to the Regional Viticulturist (fantastic Southern), this is a hands-on role that will manage the Riversdale and Acacia vineyards in Frankland River. The Vineyard Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, team leadership abilities, financials, planning and sustaincapability commitments. Job Requirements ? Tertiary qualifications in viticulture, applied science, agriculture science or equivalent discipline ? Track record of excellence in high-end viticulture and vineyard management ? Agribusiness management practice ? practice with sustainable farming practices preferred ? knowledge and ambition for fine wine culture and brands ? Chemical Users Certificate and/or Chemical Accreditation Course ? practice operating machinery and equipment ? Strong communication expertise ? Business and financial acumen ? Constructive leadership abilities style ? Attention to detail ? Proactive & solutions-based approach ? Operational efficiency and planning expertise ? Physically capable of performing active tasks ?
