Description In this function the prosperous candidate will be responsible for a variety of Operations Manager functions the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to): » Lead and develop the production team, empowering managers to efficiently manage production. » Working closely with the director to hit objectives and bring your ideas to life. » Monitor line efficiency, total volumes, and waste levels to identify areas for increasement. » Identify and suggest process increasements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase safety. » Recommend process increasements to increase throughput, reduce costs, and enhance safety. » Identify and evaluate equipment, techniques, and technology for use in the bottling halls. » Identify and suggest increased ways of transporting products both locally and interstate. » Develop and maintain a database to manage all raw materials entering the site. » Develop and maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and policies. Profile To be considered for this function you will have » Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred). » 5+ years of practice in the FMCG industry. » Prior examples of your significant achievements in implementation and process increasement. » Full unrestricted working rights in Australia. » Strong desire to take ownership of your position and make it your own. » The passion for seeing your visions come to life. » Current Australian driver's and forklift licence. » Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting and meeting the needs of the senior leadership abilities team. » exceptional communication expertise, both verbal and written. » Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude. » capability to work efficiently in a team and independently. » Strong relationship-building expertise and capability to relate to people at all levels.
