An exciting chance has been presented for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager in Laverton North, on a permanent full-time basis.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in superviseing and implementing increasements to the production processes, bottling development, logistics management, and safety initiatives. Ensuring all operations of processes and procedures run smoothly and to standard.

Description
In this function the prosperous candidate will be responsible for a variety of Operations Manager functions the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
   » Lead and develop the production team, empowering managers to efficiently manage production.
   » Working closely with the director to hit objectives and bring your ideas to life.
   » Monitor line efficiency, total volumes, and waste levels to identify areas for increasement.
   » Identify and suggest process increasements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase safety.
   » Recommend process increasements to increase throughput, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
   » Identify and evaluate equipment, techniques, and technology for use in the bottling halls.
   » Identify and suggest increased ways of transporting products both locally and interstate.
   » Develop and maintain a database to manage all raw materials entering the site.
   » Develop and maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and policies.
Profile
To be considered for this function you will have
   » Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
   » 5+ years of practice in the FMCG industry.
   » Prior examples of your significant achievements in implementation and process increasement.
   » Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
   » Strong desire to take ownership of your position and make it your own.
   » The passion for seeing your visions come to life.
   » Current Australian driver's and forklift licence.
   » Strong work ethic and commitment to supporting and meeting the needs of the senior leadership abilities team.
   » exceptional communication expertise, both verbal and written.
   » Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
   » capability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
   » Strong relationship-building expertise and capability to relate to people at all levels.
Job Offer
