The position requires a diverse range of expertise across the vineyard, ranging from pruning and training vines, operating machinery, irrigation and superviseing the workforce tending to the vines. tasks include: ? Participate in the development of a new vineyard. ? Canopy management and general vine care. ? Weed management including spot spraying. ? Maintenance and operation of advanced irrigation systems. ? Machinery Operation. ? Supervising staff during the vintage. Job Requirements The prosperous candidate will be a ?hands on?, practical and practiced machinery operator. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to take ownership and demonstrate a commitment to following structured work programs, undertake minor repairs and look after the equipment required to complete vineyard tasks whilst ensuring environmental and health and safety standards are maintained. candidates must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
