This multifaceted position plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, superviseing administrative functions, and providing indispensable support to our esteemed Management team. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Take charge of ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including WHS, EPA, HACCP, RTWSA, and SWA. This includes managing documentation, facilitating audits, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Winery Administration: supervise the smooth operation of our office, including inventory management, customer communications, and financial administration. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. Winery Management Team Support: Provide invaluable support to our Management team by managing documentation, facilitating meeting preparations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture. Job Requirements Requirements: Administrative skills: Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail are essential. The capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently is crucial for success in this function. Compliance Management practice: Previous practice in compliance management or administrative support roles is highly valued. Familiarity with regulatory standards in the wine industry would be advantageous. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite and organisational software is required to excel in this position.
