The position is: -Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) -Across Monday-Sunday, with requirements to work 1 early shift (generally commencing around 5am), 1 late shift (finishing around 10pm) per week. Description The Proactive Services Team is structured to provide in-store support and accommodate various store formats to prioritise customer needs. This is an active and physically demanding position due to the nature of responsibilities. In your role, you will not only lead a team to deliver essential services such as trolley availcapability, safety, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management, but you will also actively engage in carrying out these responsibilities, setting an example through your leadership abilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other store departments to create a positive practice for all team members. This will ultimately be achieved by: » Delivering trolley collection from specific locations (in and outside of the store) » Cleaning and waste services in areas such as shop floor, fridges, freezers, car parks, etc. » Roster management, ensuring you and your team cover all aspects of a busy work schedule. » Performance management and working towards KPI's » contact with internal and external stakeholders such as customers (answering product or store queries), office support, leadership abilities team, etc. Profile To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate will have: » Previous leadership abilities/Management practice » A valid Australian driver's (Green P's or full) licence. » A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail. » Confidence to engage and form partnerships. » Organisational expertise so your team have the necessary equipment and consumables. » Be at ease with the inclusion of cleaning responsibilities.
