This exciting full-time chance in Delacombe enables you to showcase your exceptional customer service and administration expertise within a professional and community-oriented setting.
As a Client Advisor and the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for the following everyday tasks:
   » Welcoming and connecting with customers
   » Assistance with scheduling appointments and consultations
   » Conducting preliminary hearing evaluations
   » Ensuring each customer's visit is a pleasurable practice

As a Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the store's everyday operations by assisting the Audiologists with customer service, administrative tasks, preliminary hearing tests, and marketing initiatives in the local community.
Description

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
   » The Client Advisor role provides overall support and coordination to clinics for all front desk requirements for audiologists and our valued clients.
   » Provide a high level of customer service
   » Greeting and liaising with customers
   » Doing initial hearing screenings that are booked and supporting Hearing Care Professionals
   » Ensure that compliance guidelines are met
   » Manage the sales stock levels and post-sales services
Profile
To be considered for this function, you will need to have/be:
   » Proven practice within an administration role
   » Have strong attention to detail and are proactive
   » Flexible to travel
   » Proven track record of working with KPIs/ targets
